FRIEND works with interested under-served communities and individuals for their social and economic empowerment.

FRIEND  believes that there can be no economic empowerment without social empowerment, thus our development  model looks at a holistic and integrated approach in our quest for improved lifestyles.

We reach out to these communities through our  programs focusing on social empowerment and then work with them to identify sustainable economic empowerment opportunities.

Health is also seen as a major factor in the social and economic role of a community giving rise to the PRISM program aimed at prevention and  better management of lifestyle diseases.
